Drumroll please….

Wedding Weekend Recap and Last Chance for Prizes!

Wowza – what a weekend!  The week started off with the wind blowing like 30 mph and scattered showers but Saturday the wind died and it was 80 and sunny…the absolute perfect day for a wedding.  The weather wasn’t the only thing hot and beautiful – this wedding and model couple were stunning!  Starting with an intimate rose garden ceremony at Stratton Gardens in Hood River and followed by a delish family style meal and killer dance party at Solstice Wood Fire Cafe.  And if you’ve ever been to Solstice you know it’s quaint, cute and rustic but throw some paper rosettes on the walls, striped table runners on the wood tables and hang some paper lanterns to the ceiling and you can transform this cafe into a gorgeous wedding reception venue.

Wedding Day: Tara and Sean

We are finishing out our launch week of giveaways at Hitched in the Hood and no better way than with a wedding to celebrate.  Today is the wedding of Tara and Sean at Stratton Gardens in downtown Hood River followed by a party at Solstice.  What a splendid day for this affair – sunny, 75 and clear skies (and hopefully little wind with all the gorgeous decor).
